• Free Starter Credits: New users receive 3 free credits upon signup
• Credit Packs: Purchase credits at various price points that never expire
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with notice

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of any images you upload to the Service
• You grant us a license to process your uploads for the purpose of generating designs

Generated Designs:

• Designs generated through our Service are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes
• You may use generated designs for concept art, fan merchandise, gaming, social media, or personal projects
• Official team logos, crests, and brand marks (Nike, Adidas, etc.) may have separate licensing requirements from their respective owners

Our Content:

• The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by designjersey
